Establish Care Today

Your medical marijuana clinic provider does ALL of the legwork when you apply for your medical card. This includes filling out the application, uploading correct photos and documentation, and submitting everything to the state of South Dakota for approval.

Medical marijuana clinic providers offer follow-up visits on an as-needed basis for any questions you have on your medical marijuana therapy and treatment.

As a medical marijuana patient, you will need to renew your card on an annual basis and your provider will be there to help you through that process.

Your provider can assist you in applying as a “caregiver” for any minor or homebound patient who may benefit from medical marijuana therapy.

Visit with the provider to see if you meet the qualifying criteria for medical marijuana card approval through the State of South Dakota Health Department.

By obtaining your South Dakota medical marijuana card, you will be allowed to grow your own medicine at home for your own personal use. Your provider will be able to upload all documentation for your cultivation certification.
